St.Mary's Church and Eynesbury School have had a close connection for many years. The Rector is a Foundation Governor of the school, and there are two lay governors appointed by the Diocese of Ely. The Rector and Deaconess conduct assemblies at the school, and have regular services that are held in the church through the year. Those leaving the school at the end of their primary education attend a leaving service, held in the church each year, at which family members are welcome.
